for the freedom of Europe returned home not having heard a shot fired & being kept out there a day extra in order to bring back one of our aeroplanes they discovered. This is one of the three we lost in the last raid on El Arish.
It appears very much as if we are not going to be relieved here for another month according to the common report. How the horses will stick another month I don't know they are all terribly ticked up now: It means a lot of deaths if this is so. We have ten horses over in the 1st
