  I beg to state that copies of Mr Bucknell' s
letter were circulated to Police at all Stations in
South Western District and Police were directed to
obtain all available information -
  I have received reports from Police throughout this
District from which it appears that it is almost
impossible to obtain reliable information -
  I herewith forward fourteen lists containing
the information Police were able to obtain -
