Dear Mr Mouton

I recieved yours of yesterday. I saw the "Harriet Alice" at anchour at Kaewieng.that has been some weeks at liberty to proceed to Kinigunan.

I spoke to Captain Robinson and advised him to return at once. Copy of letter to him. Rabaul - [indecipherable]  Captain Robinson.

You are advised to proceed to Kinigunan at once a fair northerly wind is blowing a start  you should take advantage of.

Major Heritage also  advised him to return his [indecipherable]  was stopped and if he did not leave by the [indecipherable]  - his shore leave would be stopped. I believe he only had two recruits onboard. I had their vessels the  [indecipherable] "Sian" and Sch. "Mathope" and "Santon"  to bring to Rabaul otherwise   I would have towed the Harriet Alice back.

I wrote you on arrival here & posted a letter from Capt Robinson.

I am leaving Thursday at   [indecipherable] am for Kaewieng in the "Meklong" Any return labour for Kaewieng you cna send by me.
