At 2 oclock this morning half the corps went out on a stunt I was in the lucky half & stayed at home. I should have anyway probably as Bernards back is hardly right yet.
July 3rd
The latest is second hand from the mouth of the Major himself that we are going to England at the end of this month – I wonder. During the last few days there has been an extraordinary increase in the number of crickets
