Academy can furnish

Should a medaller be appointed, the office of Cheif Engraver will be Reduced to its proper Level, that is, it will be put upon the footing of a more mechanical art, & it will not in that Case Require the Liberal Salary that must be provided in Case if the business of Designing as well as that of Executing his work is Confided to him, besides, he will add Considerably to his Emolument if he Posesses superior Skill in his art by engraving the Great Seals as well as medals & both on Public & on Private account
