This office has been Treated upon at Large under the article of the Kings Assay Master, he ought to be a young man of Pure morals & of Good Talents as it is highly important to the office that a Successor well acquainted with the business of the mint Should be in Readyness to Succeed Whenever The Principal Shall decease,
