night, & in the morning were lucky enough to secure a Y.M.C.A. lorry which took us to the Aust. Rest Camp at Catillon. Here we found that we she were not required & so leaving our valises at the house of a French family we took a lorry to Le Cateau. Here a French repatriated prisoner attached himself to us & we secured a Red+ car to the Busigny X road on the main Cambrai route. Another lorry took us a few miles along the road & at dark put us down at a village, After a good deal of trouble we secured another lorry & hanging to its splashboard with one hand & to our friend the French prisoner with the other we arrived
