Wrote Col Allen C.O. 13th bn. - examined by Doc. - marked Dermititis - Treatment - Drink Soda Bicarb etc. before meals -  Ichthyol ointment on back & Calamine Liniment on face.   Wrote Jess, parents & bro. George.   Read  Enjoyed two long walks along the beach which is here very fine  - quite long & very wide & hard when the tide is out. The sand dunes are very interesting being much cut about by wind & water, but held together by long grass.   A bright sunny day and quite warm.
