Went for a rise with Marton. had to gallop through shell fire – played Bridge at night.
Friday 7/7/16 Quiet day generally, had a few kickes at fooball orders to move on 9th.
Saturday 8/7/16 Went for a ride to Steenwerck amd visited Transport Lines. Wrote to Doff off tomorrow.
Sunday 9/7/16 Marched from L'Halloban to Strazelle through Steenwerck etc. 13 ½ miles
MondaY 10/7/16 Marched to Eblinghem 12 miles some trouble re Billets – saw Watson & also the General.
Tuesday 11/7/16 Left Eblinghem at 10 am for St Omer entrained at 5 pm & left there for Amiens
Wednesday 12/7/16 Arrived at Longwau and detrained at 2 AM marched
