<p>[Page 39]</p><p>Langwarrin, June 3, 1915 Yesterday morning, after a long and patient wait, we finally received the promised pocket money, 16s (16 M) for the period from 1st May to 28th May. At the same time they granted our wish to be allowed to read the newspapers, so that we now can hold and read a newspaper without fear of being caught. In the cave we built early in April we have begun to hold cave nights&nbsp;every Saturday evening for general entertainment. There are lectures, patriotic songs, and especially the weekly review done in verse by Mr Daehne is very interesting. Some of us have composed</p><p>[Note in Margin:] T 0/16/00</p>
