different Passages. -- At this time had 735 vessels with Breadfruit Plants, and our loss this Passage, altho I attribute the cause, prior to it, became 224 Pots of Breadfruit -- 1 Pot of Rattahs - 3 Pots of Ayyahs -- 2 Pots of Avees & 3 of Oraiahs
On the 11.th Dec.r I crossed the Tropic at 11º 15' W of the Cape, and here again, taking an Account of the Plants, I found we had only 662 Vessels containing Breadfruit, a loss of 73 Vessels. Besides these we lost 1 Pot of Ay,yahs -- 5 Pots of Avees & 1 Pot of Oraiahs and of Timor Plants, 1 Pot of Mangos - 2 Pots of Jambos & 1 of Breadfruit. --
Those Plants that remain are very fine -- The 662 vessels contain 830 Plants -- our loss of Breadfruit stands thus
