but these millions of heretofore useless Plates of Gold, have now changd their employment, no longer as useless burthen to the Community in whose Service they have been Retaind, they are now Transmuted into active Capital Productive of Profit in the Trends Placd at the disposal of Merchants Who know how to market this Capital productive of Profit, which while it Enriches the individual, becomes also a Part of the aggregate increase of the wealth of the Realm at Large.
