They new Banks might make undertake remittances for the Landed interest as the Private Bankers now do, at first on the Same terms, & in due time in terms more advantageous to the Remitter, than the Countrey bankers will Choose to Submit to, they must also discount Corn Ricks, Flocks & herd, that is Land money to substantial & Prudent Farmers for Short Periods, in Such proportion as they Shall be directed to do
