They new Banks might make undertake remittances for the Landed interest as the Private Bankers now do, at first on the Same terms, & in due time in terms more advantageous to the Remitter, than the Countrey bankers will Choose to Submit to, they must also discount Corn Ricks, Flocks & herd, that is Land money to substantial & Prudent Farmers for Short Periods, in Such proportion as they Shall be directed to do
under an Arrangement Property Regulated on this or Some Similar basis, the Landed interest & the Trading also if it is thought fit to extend it to them by the discount of Land bills in the Countrey, will Continue to Enjoy a due Share of the indulgences they now derive from the Practice of Private banking, exempt from the Risk they must at present now Encounter of occasional Failures, the Quantity of Circulating medium in the Kingdom will be accurately known & properly Regulated & a due proportion between its amount & the
