Britain is at Present a Paradise for the Landed interest whose property Seems to them to increase in value Every day, it is a heaven to Tradesman of all descriptions who are Enabled to Enhance the Prices of Every article they deal in once in the year at Least, but it is a Purgatory to annuitants of Every description, whose incomes, that is the amount of the necessaries & Conveniences of Life they are Enabled to Purchase become Every year Less & Less.  In fact however The Real Cause
