The assistant only of Bank paper in Carrying on Smaller Concerns & in making up the balances of Paper Payments, Even Gold will then be only usefull as small Change but the use of it for that Purpose will, when Small notes cease to be Issued insure at all times a sufficient mass of it in Circulation, to regulate our Exchange with foreign Nations, as well as to Support the value of our Paper money at its proper Standard, that is Equal to its denomination

The Silver & Copper money necessary for the Convenience of the Public will Remain the Same as it now is, the whole will be may then be recoind & always kept in order tog good Condition as further Recoinages may be made, whenever they Shall be deemd necessary, by the Excellent machinery & incalcuable despatch at the new mint, which will also by the nature of its Construction & the Rapidity with which its processes are Carried on will be able in a very Short time to Fill up Such temporary voids in any denomination of Coin, as the Subtlety of Trade may at any future Time period, Silently Create
