30th April 1900
The Aboriginal names of places in the Picton Police District
Senior Constable Lucas No 5621 begs leave to state that he has been unable to get the required information with reference to Aboriginal names of places in the Police District of Picton up to date.
The Senior Constable expects to see a person on Saturday next who has been absent from the district for some time, and is of the opinion, that he will be able to give the information sought for.
The Senior Constable will make further inquiries and report full particulars as early as possible.
