My dear James
I heard last evening that
your uncle James was going to
Sydney to-day I therefore embraced
the opportunity of writing to
inform you that John Norton
delivered the letters safely
The one from Mrs Throsby was
a very kind & grateful one
she was particularly pleased
that a lock of Hair was sent
her – for which kind thought
