Dear Sir,
Having been informed by
Mr Jackson, that you now are
residing in a dark part of Wales,
and thought some [cash?] might
be useful, and accordingly he applied
to this society, and we have noted
you 143 [Trachs?], containing 1200 [?]
for your distributing and hope 
that if you find them useful
you will be so kind as to let us
know, that we may have the
pleasure of sending you some
more, for the same purposes on
compliance with the above reqmets
will much oblige yours as the [?]
