record of which is stated in the gazettes of the 6th & 13th Jany. I should most certainly have sent you a copy of his Journal and a Duplicate of the Plans I have mentioned but that the time since I received them does not admit of more than one Sett being copied, which I have transmitted to my Lord Hobart. However I shall take care you are furnished with copies by the next Conveyance - which will be soon. Paterson has desired me to send you some of the Winter Bark which grows in great abundance. I send you his private letter to me as a part of it is on Botany and I hope the Lady Nelsons arrival before the Barlows long protracted departure takes place, will enable me to say send much more of what he promises to send you by that Vessell. As this letter is [open?] to a most extravagant length I must here conclude as to morrow Tuesday the 13th Decemb January is fixed for the Barlows departure. Requesting my best Respects to Lady & Miss Banks & those Gentlemen of your Society to whom I have the honor of being known I am very Respectfully,
Sir, your, most obedient Humble Servant
Philip Gidley King
