for the London Market; It is probable he will meet with some difficulty from the Company & Builders as his Ship is Bengal Built, But from the perishable state of such a commodity as oyl & the Bond he has given, together with this being the first Cargo of the Produce of the Colony sent by an Individual I hope he will be able to get over any inconvenience he may meet with on that account.  As that pursuit has answered so well & indeed is our only Staple produce that can be considered as Commercial at present.  As all my letters to the Minister have more or less contained my observations on that material issues - of this Colony - I have by this Conveyance distiled [?] the whole of those observations in a Separate letter & have endeavoured to be as full & at the same time as Concise as possible, as I conceive it a subject deserving Consideration.
