Note

   It is evident that some "miscellaneous words"

should have been included with "place names"

but it was only after a final exhaustive study

of the Mr Hewitt note book, combined with some

help (by correspondence) from the local knowledge

of Mr R.C.Law, that these words were deciphered

and it became possible to add them to the lists.
