Mr R.C. Law says there is a Mount Kaloe and a
Parish of Kaloe in the vicinity of Mamu river.
"The Head" may mean the Head Station Estonsville
"Eatsuswill" was the original spelling, so named
by the first owners the Mylne Bros, who were
noted for their hospitality. They said that
their guests could "eat and swill" as much
as they liked.
