On board A25 Troopship a Union Castle Liner taken originally from the Germans and named Huntsend raining & cold Have written Dolly & telegraphed to Laura & her
The former is well & plucky
Very few Australians on board only about 5 Officers, & a few sick dismissed men for Australia
Plymouth & Devonport are all about the same rather a pretty spot, if it were not so cold & wet-
Goodbye old England I wonder when I'll see you again.
We are to be vaccinated again against cholera I weigh 13-7lbs.
