<p>[Page 99]</p><p>Saturday, 8 September 1917<br />On guard still. Wrote to Lance 8 am & Mr Lack & Cut. Relieved about 6.45 & then went to Durrington with "Sully" who is to leave for France with draft next week.<br />Returned about 9.15.</p><p>Sunday, 9 September 1917<br />In morning attended church parade and Communion afterwards. After dinner went to Durrington with Littlemore & wrote to R Stone & commenced letter home. After tea went to service 6 pm which was well attended. Returned 9.</p>
