<p>[Page 72]</p><p>Monday, 16 July 1917<br />Morning damp &amp; misty but fine during the day. Rumours that we will be joined by destroyers shortly are rampant.<br />At night farewell concert held on deck. Had a super before going to bed.</p><p>Tuesday, 17 July 1917<br />At 2.20 were joined by destroyers (6) which came up out of the mist. No 86 came quite close whilst No. 58 is slightly in advance . Later 2 destroyers left us and went off with the cruiser. The weather is misty.</p>
