<p>[Page 47]</p><p>Sunday, 27 May 1917<br />Attended service on port side of Promenade deck conducted by Major Foreman (Meth) and Communion afterwards held in Saloon. Weather is still beautiful. Wrote several letters both yesterday and today -11 in all.</p><p>Monday, 28 May 1917<br />Nothing particular occurred today - the sea is still kind &amp; the weather fair. The night was beautiful moonlight &amp; I stayed on deck soliliquising. Brought a hammock up &amp; slept on the fore hatch.</p>
