Monday 14
Usual day in trenches what looked like scrap going on away to the left between eleven and twelve @ night.

Tuesday 15
Morning usual trench work, afternoon relieved by the 29th Battalion after fifteen days in trenches went back to old billet where we left.

Wednesday 16
Morning went down to Bac-St-Maur for hot bath and change of clothes.  Afternoon inspection by Colonel.  Announced that A.M.C. [Army Medical Corps] man awarded Military Medal.

Thursday 17
Fatigue in trenches in morning, afternoon rifle inspection, volunteers called for raiding party.
