March 7th  working up fast added 9 gals B. at norm temp 80º - added 15 gals B = (24) - at 7 P.M. temp 80º fermentation rising added 5 gals B (total 29) 

March 8th at 7 a.m. temp 82º fermenting rapidly with Rich rocky head - added one gal B. by error (total 30 gals) - at noon working strongly temp 86º - at 5 P.M. head no longer rocky temp 86º sweetness fast disappearing

March 9th 8 a.m. Head nearly absorbed, fermentation subsiding sp grav 1042º  temp 88º

March 10th fermentation has become very gentle, head absorbed, remains too sweet sp grav 1028½  temp 84º

March 11th At noon almost still, too sweet.

racked off into No 1 large cask of the cellar with addition of about 70 gals from No 1 open cask to filed up
