I dine in Manly. I go to Westy's. I sit and talk to Miss S.M. and I have music & a walk, a talk and a rest. We meet Tom Bell fishing who is astounded. I spend a very very happy evening. M & I are more friendly but she is taking no risks of being fooled which is very admirable in such a simple hearted maiden. I find that I more than admire her and tell her so and show her so to the best of my ability.
