I come to town with E. I meet Charlie Keys. Catch 8.56. I am a bit heart-sick or suffering with Mondayitis, anyhow a bit unsettled. Pretty good day at work and up till 6pm. hear no tales of woe. Home, late tea. Go message with Gladys. Read a while. Visitors in heaps. I play & sing in the heat with my coat on. I again meet Thelma B. We are quite Pally. I see her Home & she is ever so nice. Everyone teases & the girls are very concerned, want to know when I am marrying etc. Ray Row says Goodnight & I didn't see Him. I am seen by Joe too on the corner of Church St. Julie buys a house.
