99th - Lord, Kable and Underwood together with the nine last named Persons except John Gower who was a marine, are of low Character, and came out as Convicts. Isaac Nichols was on the 13th June 1802 reprieved from Sentence of Death which had been passed on him for a Crime committed in the Colony. Lord, Kable, and Underwood are partners in Trade; but Underwood at this time was in his passage to England.
100 - Notwithstanding this subscription, report says, that not a farthing has been realized, and it seems to be confirmed for McArthur disgusted the principals, and became afraid of going to England, as it will appear hereafter, by his putting himself
