<p>[Page 84]<br />May 14 Sun Issue of Tobacco cigarettes & matches. Went with Le Broc’ to early mass went to confession and Communion. Came back Breakfast did some writing. After dinner stayed in tent playing Cards etc. evening Went to R.C. tent Rosary 30th Batt. Band playing.</p><p>May 15 Mon Did some Telephone work early in the morning. Got ready for a gun manouver & shoot. all redy after dinner Orders came through Cancelling the whole manouvers. We retired to our tents Did some writing yesterday. Heat & flys are terrific. We are to go out tomorrow.</p>
