Major Hogue is suffering from Influenza.   He has some fine crepitations   in both bases & bronchial breathing over a small area about the middle of the right scapula, Temp. 103 ° pulse rate 84.   He has a subacute type of bronchopneumonia and I have advised his being taken to a military hospital.
