Gads hill not without hopes of finding the radical Leaves of the Pond flax that is Peculiar to that Place but was disapointed. Called at two or three flint makers in hopes of getting some Echini or other fossils that they find in splitting the Flints which they call young flints but was disapointed getting only two bad ones I made a bargain however with a girl upon Strode Hill to save for me all the Echini she could get which she readily Promisd to do for one Penny apiece great & small. This Eve arrive safe at London & make an end of my Peregrination.
