the place heartily while there & hoped when leaving never to see it again
We all prefer the Belgium country people to the French they seem much more hospitable & ready to "put themselves about" in doing little things for us although they are just as keen over the "bawbees". More enterprising in fact every little cottage seems to be a small store.
No leave to England yet The officers, Batmen, clerks & a
