Weather still bright. Navy guns, lying opposite, firing heavy shells long way inland over top of Lone Pine, could not hear the strike so long was range. Stood to all night with Garland opp. Crater (blown up) No. 6 in shifts of 2 hrs. ea. Front extremely quiet.

Nov. 6 Saturday
Weather continues. Quiet all round during morning except for early Bombardment 4 to 6 a.m.

Nov. 7 Sunday
Real Sunday weather. Aust. Mail in 4 letters and Parcels 1 ea. from Mabel D.,
