Physical drill as usual. 9-30 Lecture on sleeping on deck and alteration in future parade hours during tropical weather which from now are:- 6-30-7-15, Physical, 9-30-11 a.m., 2-30-4 p.m. No one allowed to stay below deck between meals except special cases. Sections lecturing individually on parts of rifle; aiming; muscle exercises. Afternoon lecture on Fire discipline etc. & Landscape targets. Several sharp showers till 10 a.m., later very nice, beautiful afternoon. Very warm below deck still. [See May 25th on Page 25.]
