in the habit of sitting up until it is over is all over.
I & another fellow who shares the room with me sit outside the estaminet with the Frenchie & wife & their family. At the first warning the wife usually takes here her kiddies below into the beer cellar
Punctually enough the last 4 nights at early dark about 9.30 p.m. we have heard their engines and then our searchlights have lit up and the Archies & quick firing guns started and then one hear after a few minutes one hears the sees the flash & hears the crash of the bomb.
