March 10th at noon fermentation subsiding head partly absorbed         sp grav 1031º - Temp 92º

March 11th at noon fermentation going on gently but brisk, head quite absorbed     sp grav 1019º - Temp 91º
racked off as follows
Imto No 2 lasrg cask in the cellar about    370
to which added from No 3 open about        50 
                                                                   420 gals
