7th Moderate in the morning - More do in the evening

21st The nine casks of this wine appear to be very promising - they have been still or [indecipherable] to since they were racked off from the vat and are impishly clearing themselves. Those last drawn off the most so - They are still a while sweetish which combined with their too great stillness is the only fault I have to find with them.
