A small plain at the clearing of the road from Murringo to Bathurst on the Lachlan, [?] is called Mulyan in consequence of ? Hawker frequenting it formerly.

At "Dumondie" [?] large reeds grew previous but occupation by the whites from which the natives made spears

At all the stations the name ending in ong - Jallong Curriong,[?]  Illalong - Bogolong - Bennelong - there are ponds and springs of permanent water.

At Mt Broughton's station on the  Bunowa [?] River is a large and very deep waterhole called Beinejernie [?]...... "Benje" in that neighbourhood is a word applied to the stomach - by the natives.
