Roused from my bed in haste this morning by the advent of some 15 enemy planes bombing. Fortunately we had no casualties this time. It must have been amusing for anybody who had enough time to watch us, for I had dug my hole too small & this morning when I tripped forth in my pyjamas, I could not get into it. I tried all sorts of ways but it was no good first my head stuck out & then my backside, however only one plane came over the train & the nearest
