Shilling in Each & send in this 4 pieces.  Shillings & louis [?] & some Casts Struck in Lead.  Assures B that nothing he can do in order to make his Enterprise (Coinage Contract) succeed shall be omitted, speaks of the design of the Press as not yet Finishd but that he will send it as soon as possible.

Nº. 6  June 4. 1787 
Enumerates the coins sent with the Last Letter.  4 shiling 6 Louis & some leaden proofs of another Louis not yet Coind, acknowledges the reception of a bill for 2410 F. speaks of a different method of finishing the Edge of the Copper different from that used in the Silver.

No. 7 June 14
acknowledges the reception of a Guinea & promises to profit by the Likeness in his demi Col & Chelin of misfortunes which have befallen the die of the 1st Chelin hold contemptuous Language on the engraving of the Guinea the head of which he says is more like a Butcher than a King.  Mr. B had expressed a Jealousy of some other applications made to him on the subject of English Coinage he says that MM. Grenfelle & Villiers had treated with him on the subject & he believes they will try again that they had asked whether he had entered into engagement with B he had said he could not engage with anybody as an advantageous place in France was in his view but that B had seen him Coin & was in possession of his method.

he announces his setting out for England, speaks of his Return home that the demi Sol is not finishd, That he workd the day before on a Portrait of Ld Heathfield.
