December 1916.who gave us a shord address & complimented us on the work we had done in decreasing the sick roll of the trenches & making the troops comfortable in the supports & front line.We detrained about two miles out of Albert on account of a block in the traffic & mached to our destination at which we arrived about 2 PM after passing through the villages of Darnaycourt [Dernancourt] and Buir-Seur-Corbie. In Ribemont, our billet is situated in the old post office buildings which is fitted out with bunks, & from all appearances we will be fairly comfortable.There are a lot of Australians billited in the village and
