16th We were warned to-day to be ready to move to-morrow & all preparations are being made. The 2nd Division are is relieving us here for some time & the majority of the infantry have arrived & settled down.
17th Final preparations were made this morning for a shift and the advance guard of the 7th Field Coy arrived here to take over from us about 10 A.M. Before leaving I went over to the 18th Battalion & found Charlie Kay a brother of Kit, who came over from Australia a short time ago, after returning from Galipoli.
