Travelled thro the morn till 11.30 am. Halted, had lunch, a wash & rest at Lejin.
Afoule [El Afule] captured by yeomanry & Indians. Great number of prisoners coming in, including Boches.
Left Warakanyeh 4.30 "B" Sqdn in lead. Travelled at trot across plain (IOM) of Esdraelon to Jenin. Enemy immediately fired dumps barracks aerodromes on sighting us. Went in without opposition.
