Renescure Wardreque 31/7/17
We left Herissart about 12 midnight on 29th entrained at Puschevillers and arrived at Arques about 12 noon on 30th. Cocoa was "on" at the Y.M.C.A. and after all hands had a drink we came on here to Renescure. The billets here are not nearly so numerous nor so good as in the Somme district and they are also very scattered. Today (31.7.17) I went out in the direction of Cassell to renew some old aquaintances of last year which I had picked up during my month at 2nd Army signal School at Tuyp Turqueene. I "bumped" into the 2nd Battalion on the way and saw a number
