SPECIAL MEETINGS.

7. Three Members of the Committee, or seven Sub-scribers of the Institution, may call a special General Meeting, specifying in Writing to the Secretary the Nature of the Business to be submitted, who shall thereupon convene the Members by a general Notice, at least fifteen Days previous to the Meeting.
 

BOOKS TO BE USED.

8. No Books, besides the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, shall be received into the Schools without the Approbation of th Committee.
 

ANNUAL REPORT.

9. An Annual Report, together with the Plan of the Institution, shall be printed, and a Copy thereof respectfully presented to HIS EXCELLENCY the GOVERNOR, to HIS HONOR the LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR, and to every Subscriber.
