B.G. Cattura  The weather has been cooler and more pleasant here this month than it has been for the last nine months the Thermometer frequently as low as 70 at six in the morning and seldom higher than 81 at Noon, it rained for the first week in the evening and afterwards the weather continued fine till about the middle of the month.  On the 18th  and 20th thick fog in the morning accompanied with Thunder and Lighting and heavy rain in the afternoon.  It
