Friday, 23 May 1919
Quiet day - & trip very monotonous.
Soldiers still stoking.
Officers smoke room converted into hospital.  Couple of officers down with flu.  

Saturday, 24 May
One of crew (O'Brien) died this morning of Pneumonia & was buried at sea.
Food very much off.  Shortage of bread - but cooks & bakers are selling cakes & buns 8 for 1/-.
Discontent amongst the men.  Officers dont bother to stop the cause of the discontent.
